It is with immense gratitude and admiration that I stand before you today, reflecting on the incredible work being done by Wicuda USA both at home and abroad. Your unwavering commitment to humanitarian efforts knows no borders, and it is this dedication that inspires many of us to support the impactful projects that WICUDA USA champions.

We often hear that where there is love, unity, and peace, people are drawn to the cause. This sentiment resonates strongly today as I look around and see so many passionate individuals united by a common goal: to uplift our communities and support one another.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you for taking the time from your busy lives to be here. Your presence signifies your commitment to nurturing WICUDA USA into a thriving organization that fosters collaboration and empowerment. It is truly inspiring to witness how harmony among us can lead to flourishing participation and shared joy. I am honored to join you in this celebration and to connect with each of you on this meaningful journey.

I would also like to express my deep appreciation to His Royal Highness, the Fon of Njirong, for his invaluable contributions to the unity we are experiencing today. Your leadership and guidance serve as a beacon for us all, providing lessons from your exemplary conduct.

Today, I am particularly excited to announce the launch of the Mayaah Project, which has already captured the hearts of many due to its significant impact on lives within our communities. As of Monday, July 10th, ten Mayaahs have officially begun their work, thanks to a collaborative effort with our esteemed Chairperson Ta Nformi Yinkfu Ngwang and his dedicated team. This initiative is just one of many gestures aimed at alleviating poverty and empowering our people—efforts that also include support for bike riders, partnerships with municipalities, soccer competitions, and more.

It is this shared vision and commitment to community upliftment that motivates me to continue working alongside Wicuda USA. Your mission and values resonate deeply with my own aspirations, and I eagerly anticipate what we can achieve together.

In light of our ambitions, I propose that Wicuda USA establish a strategic committee tasked with analyzing our ideas and transforming them into reality.

Here are some proposed projects:

1. Reconstruction of the Maternity Ward at Ndu District Hospital – A crucial step towards improving healthcare for our communities.

2. Investment Project: Creation of a New Tea Estate – By establishing a tea estate in a viable village in Ndu, we can create jobs, alleviate poverty, and allow Wicuda USA to purchase shares alongside individual investors.

3. Development of an Agro-Industrial Complex – Let’s consider building a private agro-industrial complex back home as a collective effort.

4. Investing in Sustainable Development – It’s vital for us to think about investing back home for sustainable growth. Our children here may be unfamiliar with the realities back home; we can make strides by building our own houses within our means so that we can spend our holidays there instead of seeking destinations like the Bahamas.
